2. Existing technical defects:
After the warp knitting equipment is produced, the materials used in the knitting process will have stress deformation, and the surface smoothness is not good. There are many problems in the effect of operation. It is necessary to carry out secondary surface smoothness treatment on the material.
The surface heat treatment of the material is carried out by controlling the process parameters such as pressure, tension and speed by using electromagnetic heating roller unit, so as to achieve the effect of flattening the surface of the material without damaging the structure and performance of the raw material.

Device composition: it is mainly composed of fabric feeding (finishing) unit, first hot pressing unit, second hot pressing unit, cooling roller unit (reserved position) and winding unit. The braided belt is hot pressed on both sides of the material through two groups of combined devices of hot roller and rubber roller to achieve the required surface treatment effect. At the same time, the feeding (finishing) unit and the first hot pressing unit are set up independently, the first hot pressing unit and the second hot pressing unit are respectively set up, the second hot pressing unit and the cooling roller unit (reserved position) and the winding unit are set up independently. The fabric feeding (finishing) unit is composed of three parts: bucket (storage bucket provided by the user), transition wheel and pressing plate, holding wheel group, which completes the material loading and finishing. The braided belt in the material barrel is placed irregularly and loosely (without twisting). When threading, the material passes through the transition wheel and holding wheel group, and then the pressing plate is pressed down. The cylinder of the holding wheel group is jacked up and the braided belt is clamped for feeding.
Hot pressing unit
They are the first hot pressing unit and the second hot pressing unit. It is composed of two groups of hot roll units and high temperature rubber roller. The arrangement of the two groups of steel-rubber roller is opposite (the first group is rubber roller on top, the second group is rubber roller on the bottom).
The steel roller is a φ 150xl150 mm uniform temperature electromagnetic heating roller, and its surface is electroplated. Cylinder clutch is used for hot pressing roller group, and high temperature resistant silica gel is used as rubber layer.
It is composed of a clamping roller and a winding device, which is responsible for pulling the braided belt and providing a certain traction force to ensure that the braided belt is always in the tensile state; the winding mechanism is equipped with a winding disc made of acrylic material to prevent the uneven winding caused by the deviation of the braided belt.
