1. Backgound
More and more glass fiber composite materials are used in industry and people's livelihood, such as automobile, construction, sports goods, etc.
2. Existing technologyl defects:
During storage or before using, the glass fiber will get damp due to the production environment, which is not good for the production and processing of glass fiber composites. The resin for prepreg with the glass fiber needs to be preheated to a certain temperture in order to get good performance before entering the next process of mixing and molding. Usually, this kind of glass fiber is preheated by non-contact oven to get the integrity surface. However, the quality will be not good if the preheating effect is not good because of unformity temperature, meanwhile, the heat conduction efficiency is low and the energy consumption is wasted.
3. Solution:
The induction heating roller is used to directly contact the glass fiber harness and heat it to achieve the effect of drying and preheating.
