Prepainted steel plate is mainly used in construction, household appliances, transportation and other industries. For the construction industry, it is mainly used for roof walls and doors of industrial and commercial buildings such as steel structure workshop, airport, warehouse and refrigeration. The use of color steel plate in civil buildings is very little.
The substrate of traditional prepainted steel plate is cold-rolled sheet, hot galvanized substrate or electrolytic galvanized substrate. The greatest advantage of the coating process is that the large-scale production of the coated plate can be realized with high speed. However, there are serious pollution problems during the production. The coating material contains volatile benzene, toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, acetone and other irritant toxic solvents.
Compared with the traditional prepainted steel plate, the laminated color steel plate adopts a special modified composite film to replace the original coating to solve the problem of VOCs emission. At present, we have developed several kinds of film include PE, PET, PP, PA, PVF, PVDF, etc., which can greatly avoid the use of volatile coatings and reduce environmental pollution.
